...Beppe to his friends. It is from my mother that I inherited my pleasure and passion for cooking. In 1977 this passion also became my profession, when I took service as a Chef for one of the leading shipping companies, Costa Armatori. In 1982 I returned to life on land, where I embarked on a new professional activity, without, however, forgetting my passion,

which I continued to nurture and indulge in privately through private dinner parties with friends.

In 1995, I felt the “call of the kitchen” become stronger than ever, and so – as if “blinded on the road to Damascus” - my life took a new turn as I started working as a Chef, in a private capacity, onboard motor and sailing yachts.

In order to develop my skills further, I have taken part in many courses with leading cookery schools:
